Our client, a highly regarded, dynamic and progressive Top 20 Accountancy are looking for a Head of Organisational Development, Learning and Talent to to join their newly formed People Advisory team.

As a Head of OD, Learning and Talent this role will include -

  • Leading the OD talent, learning & team that proactively supports Partners and clients providing advice and interventions.
  • Leading the team on all matters relating to the Organisational Development, Talent and Learning remit.
  • Contribute to the further development of a divisional culture that emphasises accountability; drives performance improvement.
  • Strengthen the approach to talent management and succession planning, creating opportunities for the team to develop and thrive both personally and professionally; enabling the retention of diverse talent at all levels.
  • Lead the implementation of HR projects on behalf of a client and ensure key milestones are met across the lifespan of the project.
  • Create policies and guidance documentation, ensuring compliance in line with local legislative requirements
  • Design and deliver a Learning offer to go to market for external clients
  • Have extensive experience of developing learning models and approaches that will have broad appeal to a diverse client / sector groups
  • Be able to offer solutions to attract, engage, recognise and retain talent for clients.

As the Head of OD, Learning and Talent you must have at least 4/5 years’ experience working within a similar role with proven experience within OD, Learning and Talent

You must also have:

  • OD background with experience of learning, leadership and development in a partnering role.
  • A proactive individual with good attention to detail
  • Practical understanding and experience of key OD and Learning, Leadership and Development processes, practices and implementation.
  • Similar background with experience of complex casework in a People Partnering role.
  • Previous experience ideally within a Project Management environment and be able to adapt to varying complexities and priorities.
  • A proactive individual with good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and be able to challenge and influence a variety of stakeholders effectively.
